Description

Come along and meet Josie Thomson - she's a two time cancer survivor, successful business woman, multi-award winning coach, single mum and an inspiring and fearlessly frank international speaker and presenter. She speaks from firsthand experience about bouncing forward with a 'post-traumatic growth disorder' and how to reframe change as an opportunity for growth and strength.

The presentation examines what leaders and teams can do to encourage a more productive and adaptive response to maximising resilience and change.

Regulating your emotional responses and consciously choosing your outlook and approach are vital elements in ensuring success, and minimising the deleterious effects of stress. Learn about the brain to understand how to become more resilient and adapt to change more easily so that you are the creator of your experiences not simply a victim of circumstance.

Combining her personal experience, passion for enhancing human performance and studies in the Neuroscience of Leadership, Josie shares exciting scientific advances in the field of resilience which will provide you with the answers and the tools to increase your own sense of wellness, resilience and effectiveness in fostering resilience in others.
